Purpose of the Demo Showcase
Welcome to the interactive demonstration environment for Retail OS by EGSIHAMA LTD. This public showcase allows prospective clients, technical auditors, and evaluators to test our multi-vertical commerce platform live in action, exploring how our unified core coordinates physical retail inventory, service appointments, boutique hotel reservations, and culinary kitchen operations.
1. Demo Data Scope & Synthetic Operations
All items displayed within this demonstration instance—including but not limited to inventory SKUs, dish recipes, hotel suite availability, appointment booking slots, expense ledger entries, and transaction records—are purely synthetic or demonstrative.
- Mock Commerce Transactions: Payment flows using Paystack or manual bank transfer on this demonstration instance operate under test conditions. Do not submit live, real-world debit/credit cards or proprietary banking information.
- Floor Expenses & Sample Receipts: Sample receipt photo attachments or financial entries in the staff/admin expense ledgers are mock artifacts illustrating our two-tier approval workflow.
- Customer & Staff Credentials: Test accounts, employee quotas, and role-based permissions demonstrate zero-trust RBAC separation and do not reflect real enterprise staff rosters.
2. Data Retention & Isolation
Operational entries created during interactive client testing are stored in serverless Cloudflare D1 databases. EGSIHAMA LTD maintains automated cleanup and garbage-collection procedures to prune transient test records, expired stock locks, and ephemeral session cookies.
3. No Submission of Sensitive Personal Data
Users must not upload or submit confidential business records, unencrypted personal credentials, or regulated personal data to this public demonstration URL. Session telemetry and operational latency logs are monitored strictly to diagnose edge performance and ensure application availability.
